Using FireFox "View Page Info" to Determine a Modification Date.
If you are using the FireFox browser, you can right click the page revealing "View Page Info" in the drop down menu. Clicking "View Page Info" will reveal Page Modified information about when the document was last changed on the server where it resides.
1) Right Click the Screen to Reveal the Drop Down Menu
2) Click "View Page Info"on the drop down menu to reveal page information.

3) Check Date of Last Modification.
Finally, you can detect the date the page was last modified. Understand that this date reflects the last time any modification was done. A change in graphics or a spelling correction are more likely than a substantial update to the information content of the page.
This technical method of determining the publication date is useful, but not as accurate as an official copyright date. If the content contains a credible date, it may also be a better choice than this server modification method.
